The Samsung Omnia W comes with a 5 megapixel camera. This can record videos in 720p. The HTC titan comes with an 8 megapixel camera. This can record videos in 720p as well. Both sport secondary cameras that will allow you to make video calls.
Both handsets come packed with powerful single-core processors under the hood. These CPUs are more powerful compared to other phones in the market. Samsung's Windows Phone Mango handset comes with a 1.4 GHz single-core processor. HTC's smartphone comes with a 1.5 GHz single-core processor. With these processors, you will be allowed to run complex apps and graphics-intensive games from Xbox Live.
